Tribute to Mr. Fritz R. Gemperle
As the founder of Pampamilyang Paaralang Agrikultura Inc. (PPAFI), Mr. Fritz R. Gemperle made significant contributions to the agricultural education system in the Philippines. Inspired by the Spanish Escuelas Familiares Agrarias and the French Maison Familiale Rurales, Mr. Gemperle aimed to uplift the rural community through Family Farm Schools (FFS). His dedication and vision have left an indelible mark on countless young farmers and the broader agricultural sector.
